“Mr. Handy 1760 was my Latin teacher from 10th to 12th Grade. During his classes we translated stories about Roman history, but we also discussed life lessons. He shared stories about his early years as a teacher, his coaching experiences and travel adventures. Mr. Handy and I stayed in touch for years after I graduated until he passed away. We would meet for lunch with Mr. Fidler and Ansie Schnor every year. Mr. Handy attended my wedding (pictured). I am grateful for his life lessons and the wonderful memories. I treasure my GA education especially the teachers and my lifelong friends."
