Sports Camps at Germantown Academy aim to improve each camper's skill set, whether beginner, novice or expert, while providing a positive and enjoyable learning experience. We have 3 different levels of Sports Camps in order to tailor each program to the specific needs and skill of campers across multiple age groups. Junior Sports Camps - This specially designed program combines introductory sports instruction with some Day Camp favorites! The basic skills and fundamentals of the sport are taught to campers throughout the morning in a relaxed team setting. Each afternoon, Campers will enjoy Day Camp Activities before returning to sports instruction. Campers will swim each day in our indoor pool.
Boys and Girls Sports Camps – Each morning build your skills and technique through drills and small group instruction. Those skills are put to the test during the afternoon when campers compete in game-like situations and scrimmages. Coaches emphasize the importance of sportsmanship, fair play, and teamwork throughout each week.
Elite Sports Camps – Elite Camps are for experienced players who want to improve their skills. Coaching staff includes Germantown Academy's renowned coaches and varsity athletes.
Specific equipment requirements are listed on the individual tabs and on the main Sports Camp Calendar. All campers should bring the essentials like sneakers, water bottles, lunch, snacks, swimsuits, and towels.
