Work @ Sapling

Germantown Academy is renowned as the oldest continuously operating non-sectarian day school in the United States. Since our founding, we have continually offered an unparalleled academic environment. We also hold that one of the greatest gifts every graduate receives from GA is a lifelong connection to an extraordinary community and unforgettable shared experiences.
The relationships, traditions, and events our students engage in with teachers, administrators, and staff during their years at GA are integral to their development as compassionate and confident individuals. These touchstones enable each constituent to add their own unique story to a 265-plus year narrative and to prove, every day, that anything is possible starting here.
The Germantown Academy Sapling Center for Early Learning recognizes that the early years are critical in shaping a child’s life. By providing responsive, personalized care in a nurturing, active learning environment, we foster the social, emotional, and cognitive growth that sets the stage for lifelong learning, resilience, and school success.
