29 Germantown Academy Seniors Inducted into National Mathematics Honor Society

Germantown Academy is proud to recognize 26 seniors who were inducted into the GA chapter of Mu Alpha Theta, the national mathematics honor society, during a special luncheon on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 in the Upper School.

The honorees included: Evan Badami, Connor Bradley, Ava Dalton, Jet Dickerson, Eliza Evans, James Gaito, Nathan George, Mallory Hersh, Arthur Hu, Yobosa Idahosa, Kat Kou, Edie Leon, JP McGill, Benjamin Moorhouse, Walter Mulroy, Noelle Petersohn, John-David Plechner, Rebecca Rong, Zoe Shu, Elsa Simonetti, Tyler Tang, Lauren Truong, Matthew Truong, Alex Wang, Ashley Wang, Audrey Yu, Chloe Zhou, Vincent Zhou, and Zachary Zighelboim. 

To be eligible for Mu Alpha Theta, students must be seniors, must meet grade requirements for their honors level mathematics courses as well as an overall GPA requirement, and may not have earned any honors strikes within 12 months of induction. It is an honor to be selected for membership in this organization, which has over 2,100 chapters across the United States and in many foreign countries.
