Three Named National Merit Scholar Finalists
Congratulations to Ansh Kakadia '24, Andrei Vava '24, and Angie Wang '24 on being named Finalists in the National Merit Scholarship Awards competition. The students are among 7,000+ who will be considered for a scholarship award from the National Merit Scholarship Corporation which will be announced this spring.
About 34,000 Commended Students throughout the nation were recognized for their exceptional academic promise in fall 2023 of those who entered the 2024 competition by taking the 2022 PSAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. GA had 10 students recognized as Commended, and Kakadia, Vava, and Wang were named Semifinalists and have moved onto the Finalist stage. Go Patriots!
