With graduation less than one month away, the 132 members of the Class of 2023 are getting ready to leave Germantown Academy and move on to 89 different colleges and universities in 29 states, Washington D.C., and Scotland. The Class submitted 914 applications to 258 colleges, with 542 applications being accepted (59%) and half of the class not having any applications denied. In addition, 22 percent of the class was recruited to play a sport in college.

Four colleges are enrolling GA students for the first time, according to records dating to 2009 (Binghamton, Colorado School of Mines, Illinois Institute of Technology, and Ohio Wesleyan), and two-thirds of the Class are leaving Pennsylvania. The seniors' college choices are as diverse as they are, and include two women's colleges, two military academies, one HBCU, and one art school. The full list includes:
