Germantown Academy is proud to announce that six members of the Class of 2020 have been named Finalists in the 2020 Competition for National Merit Scholarships. GA finalists include Anthony Hu '20 (missing from photo), Caroline Paik '20, Matthew Sandifer '20, Meaghan Toscano '20, Alex Yan '20, and Tiffany Zhong '20. They will all now move on to the finalist round in hopes of winning one of 7,500 Merit Scholarship Awards.

Beginning in March 2020 and continuing to mid-June, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation will notify approximately 7,500 Finalists that they have been selected to receive a Merit Scholarship award. Merit Scholarship awards are of three types: National Merit $2,500 Scholarships, Corporate-sponsored Merit Scholarship awards, and College-sponsored Merit Scholarship awards.
