"I am thrilled that 17 works by eight students in our Upper School Sculpture Program have been recognized with Scholastic Art Awards," said Upper School Art Teacher Sara Krupnick-Ritz. "Scholastic Art Awards is a nationally recognized, prestigious program founded in 1923 that identifies and nurtures creativity and artistic talent. Past winners in the program have included world renowned artists including Andy Warhol, photographer Richard Avedon and the painter Cy Twombly! It is wonderful to see our students hard work and vast creative gifts be recognized. I am beyond proud of the hard work, dedication and creative super powers of these GA artists!"
