Congratulations to Peggy Bradley for 25 Years at GA! Bradley is a mathematics teacher in the Upper School as well as the proud House Head of Alcott Day. In celebration of her years spent here, we asked Bradley a few questions about herself.
Q: Besides your official “title” what is your role here at GA?
A: In addition to being a math teacher in the Upper School, I am also a geometry coordinator, water polo volunteer coach, and swim team manager
Q: Why have you decided to stay here for 25 years?
A: I have stayed here at GA for a long time because colleagues and students make GA feel like home. There are also lots of opportunities to grow.
Q: When you are in the role of teacher, what is one of your favorite things to experience?
A: I love being a part of a student’s journey. It brings me much joy.
Q: What is one of your favorite things at GA?
A: I love getting to see how jazzed the rising 9th graders get when they see their House assignments for Upper School.
Q: What is something you are really interested in that is not GA related.
A: I am extremely interested in (actually I’m a fanatic), for the UConn women’s basketball team. Also, you can probably tell from extracurricular roles at GA that I love being in and around water!
