Water Polo: Five Patriots Earn All-Easterns Honors

FORT WASHINGTON -- Germantown Academy is proud to recognize five student-athletes who earned All-Easterns Prep Water Polo honors following strong performances in the Easterns Prep Water Polo Tournament.

Ella Paldino ’26 earned First Team honors after a strong showing in the Easterns Championship game, where she consistently created space on offense and generated quality scoring opportunities.

Rosie Cassidy ’26 was also named First Team after a dominant opening-round performance against Episcopal Academy, scoring six goals and making key defensive plays to control both ends of the pool.

Jack Dillon ’26 was named First Team All-Easterns, highlighted by his buzzer-beater goal that sent GA’s matchup with Lawrenceville into overtime during one of the tournament’s most dramatic finishes.

Thatcher Brown ’27 earned Second Team recognition and delivered one of the weekend’s signature moments, scoring the golden-goal winner in double overtime to secure GA’s spot among the top four teams.
