Drexel sophomore goalie Brendan Donnelly '22 earned his first Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) weekly honor after anchoring the Dragons' defense in a dominant 14-6 win over Hofstra. The former GA Patriot stood tall in the cage, playing all 60 minutes and recording 13 saves against a season-high 42 shots. Donnelly has now posted double-digit saves in four of his last five outings.

So far this season, the sophomore has appeared in eight games, making five starts for the 6-6 Dragons. He has accumulated almost 300 minutes, while making 62 saves and posting a .559 save percentage.
