With the purchase of the Refund Protection Plan ($50) for each week of registration per camper and approval of a completed Refund Request Form, Germantown Academy will reimburse families 75% of the unused portion of camp fees for a complete withdrawal from the camper’s program, minus the fee of refund protection. Refund Protection may be added to existing orders any time, prior to the start of the camp program. Requests to add Refund Protection during the camp program will be denied.

Please complete a separate Web Form for each camper you are withdrawing from camp. All Refund Requests must be made prior to the start of the program. Refunds will not be granted during or after the camp program.

For a medical withdrawal, please send in a doctor's note in addition to this web form to summer@gacamp.org

Germantown Academy will reimburse families who have purchased Refund Protestion the approved amount minus the refund protection fee.
