Master Matt Xichuan Zhang (张西川) teaches Zhang Style Tai Chi Gong, which is a combination of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Like Tai Chi, one of the principles of practicing Tai Chi Gong is to "relax and concentrate." Through Tai Chi Gong practice, students will learn how to circulate Qi, how to release energy to different parts of the body, and understand the hidden martial arts applications of this discipline.
