Megan Samtmann
Head Coach
Coach Samtmann is in her third year coaching lacrosse at GA and teaching science in the Upper School. She has also coached girls tennis in the Upper School and MS girls basketball. As a student-athlete, she played soccer and softball, with swimming as her main sport, competing for 13 years through high school. This season will be Coach Samtmann’s fifth overall year coaching girls lacrosse.

Julie Lawson
Assistant Coach
Coach Lawson has been coaching MS girls lacrosse at GA since 2024. After playing field hockey, basketball, and lacrosse in high school, she went on to play lacrosse for Boston University. She is an accomplished runner and cyclist, and also enjoys hiking, yoga, golf, and weight training. With a Masters Degree in Leadership, Coach Lawson brings invaluable lessons on mental fortitude and the power of sports.

Aisha Dawe
Assistant Coach
Coach Dawe has coached several sports during her 9 years teaching history in the Middle School. A field hockey player in high school, she has coached MS water polo, fitness club, and girls lacrosse. In each season, she has loved working with her students and seeing them develop their skills and passion for the sport and their overall athleticism.

Liz Harris
Assistant Coach
Coach Harris brings over 30 years of experience in coaching and school leadership. A standout field hockey and lacrosse player at Lehigh University - where she led her lacrosse team to the Patriot League Championship - she went on to coach at Harvard and eventually her alma mater. As Lehigh’s head coach, she brought the program back to the top of the league, earning Coach of the Year honors. Beyond GA, she is involved with many local lacrosse organizations and charities.
