Winter Track: Patriots Earn Top Marks as Season Winds Down

BETHLEHEM -- The indoor track season is winding down, with just Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association Championships and Pennsylvania Track & Field Coaches Association (PTFCA) Indoor State Championships remaining on the schedule. However, before they were able to turn their focus toward those competitions, Germantown Academy's Winter Track & Field teams took to Lehigh University for the PTFCA Indoor Track Carnival on Feb. 8. There was no team scoring for the meet.

  • Evan Badami '26 took first in the Boys 800m Run, finishing the event in 1:58.09, nearly four seconds faster than the next finisher. 
  • Adrian Diem '25 cleared 14'6 in the Boys Pole Vault, tying him for the top spot. 
  • Zoey Clark '26 recorded a time of 2:24.80 in the Girls 800m Run, finishing second overall.
  • Nieve Keitel '27 took second in the girls One Mile Run, clocking in at 5:14.35.
  • Layla Gentile '26 recorded a throw of 38' 9.5" to finish third in the Girls Shot Put. 
  • Jet Dickerson '26 took third in the Boys 60m Hurdles, running 8.44. He also jumped 19' 7.75" to take 10th in the Boys Long Jump. 
  • Tyler Benson '27 ran the Boys 3000m in 9:16.22, finishing in fourth place. 
  • Jocelyn Germain '28 took sixth in the Girls Long Jump, clearing 16' 9". 
  • Brady McDonough '26 ran 7.20 to finish seventh in the Boys 60m Dash Finals.
  • Walter Mulroy '26 took ninth in the Boys One Mile Run, finishing the event in 4:54.15.
  • Lorelai Fortmann '25 finished 10th in the Girls Pole Vault by clearing 10'.
  • Brandon Truszkowski '26 threw 39' 8.5" to finish 14th in the Boys Shot Put.
  • Ava Dalton cleared 4' 7" in the Girls High Jump to finish 15th.
