Girls Soccer: Patriots Down Shipley for Second Straight Win
BRYN MAWR -- Just two days after topping Hill School on the road 1-0, Germantown Academy's girls soccer team was back in action against Shipley School. On the road for the second consecutive contest, the Patriots proved to be too much for the Gators, as they pulled out a 3-2 result.
While it was Kirsten Wetzel '25 who found the back of the net off of a Kaylin Trent '27 assist against Hill, GA was led by Alayna Sanni '25 and Camilla Wright '27, the former scoring twice.
Germantown Academy is now 2-1 overall. Their next contest comes on Sept. 13 when they host Pennington School at 4pm for a non-league matchup.
