NEWTOWN SQUARE--The Patriots opened up Inter-Ac League play on Tuesday where they grinded out a 10-5 victory over host Episcopal Academy in a game that they never trailed. Finn Lillis '18 led Germantown Academy with four goals and five steals.

The Patriots jumped out to a 4-0 lead before the Churchmen rallied a bit in the second and third quarters cutting GA's advantage to 6-4 entering the final frame. In the fourth, the Patriots' offense sealed the victory by rattling off four consecutive goals. EA scored one last goal with 20 seconds remaining.
