FORT WASHINGTON--The Patriots built up a large early lead over visiting St. Benedict's Prep and never looked back in Friday's non-league contest en route to a 18-8 victory at the Edwin Lavino Natatorium. At times, it seemed as every Germantown Academy shot found its way into the back of St. Ben's net. The lead was as large as 16-1 before the visiting Gray Bee’s started to rally. Goalie Henry Grady '18 posted a shutout second quarter in goal while Justin Stokes '19 kept the lid on the cage in the other three frames.
