By: Joe Cicchino - Sports Information Assistant

FORT WASHINGTON -- Germantown Academy's boys water polo team entered GA-PC Day with confidence. After all, they had beaten Penn Charter 15-5 earlier in the year. On Nov. 10, history repeated itself as the Patriots once again defeated PC, 15-5.

GA scored early and often, leading 10-2 at halftime. Going into the final frame, the Patriots were ahead 14-3. PC outscored GA in the fourth quarter, but by that point the game was out of reach.

Walker Butler '20 was named MVP of the game. Brett Felgoise '13 (GA) and Dan Killinger '88 (PC) were the judges of the match.

The Patriots end the year with a 22-9 overall record, while going 6-2 in the Inter-Ac League. They finished second in the league and took third place at Easterns. In addition to that, the 22 wins marked the most ever for the team under Head Coach Mike Koziol.
