Boys Soccer: Four Score for Germantown Academy in Win Over Peddie

HIGHTSTOWN, NJ -- Germantown Academy boys soccer has made the road its home in the early portions of the 2022 season. The Patriots are off to a 5-0-1 start despite playing just one game at home, and are winners of four in a row. The most recent contest came against Peddie School, where GA emerged with a 4-1 victory.

Eli Torrey '23 scored the opening goal off a Tyler Weiss '23 assist 12 minutes into the game. Torrey added an assist to his line later in the first half, setting up a Jake Kafrissen '23 goal. The Patriots took a 3-1 lead into the half thanks to JT Quinter '25, who tucked one home off an assist from Cole Snell '24. Anish Sriram '23 and Braheen Mitchell '23 linked up for a goal late in the second half, with Mitchell finding the back of the net.

The Patriots travel to Devon Prep on Sept. 28 for a 3:15 contest, before returning home for a match against Inter-Ac League foe Episcopal Academy on Sept. 30.
