FORT WASHINGTON -- In the first varsity game to be played on the new Practice Facility floor, Germantown Academy did not look like a team that lost their entire starting five from a season ago. Led by Brian Basile '19 and Jordan Longino '21, the group came away with a 67-52 win over visiting Cristo Rey High School on Dec. 2.
The Patriots outscored the Blue Pride in every quarter except the third, in which each team tallied 14 points. Basile was the leading scorer for GA with 22 points, while Longino was close behind with 20 points.
The Patriots are 1-0 on the year and will be looking for their second win when they travel to Perkiomen School on Dec. 6.
