Salvatore Paone '95

• Played Varsity Golf for four years and Varsity Soccer for two years.
• Captained the Golf Team for one year.
• Named Most Valuable Player of the 1993 GA-PC game. The game ended in a 1-1 tie in double overtime.
• Won the 1995 Inter-Ac Golf Championship by two strokes at Philadelphia Cricket Club.
• Led the Golf Team to a record of 9 wins and 1 loss in 1995.
• In 1994, helped GA finish in third place at the Inter-Ac Golf Championship.
• Team finished the 1994 season with a record of 8 wins and 2 losses.
• Set a scoring record in a single round (34 (-2) for the front nine at Sunnybrook Country Club.
• Achieved the single season scoring record (38.75 +/-) in 1995.
• Won 1994 Junior Championship of the Golf Association of Philadelphia.
• Won multiple Philadelphia Area Junior Events and Pro-Junior Events.
• Qualified for multiple National and International Junior Events including the 1994 Optimist Junior World held at Torrey Pines Country Club in San Diego and the 1995 Doral Resort and Spa in Miami.
• Attended Florida Southern College and played on the Varsity Golf Team for two years.
• Helped Florida Southern College Varsity Golf Team win the 1996 Division II National Team Championship.
• Played in the 1996 Philadelphia Amateur Round of 16.
• Named Second Alternate Qualifier for the US Amateur Golf Tournament in 1997.
