• Three-sport letterwinner in soccer for five years, basketball for four years and lacrosse for three years
• Captained the soccer and lacrosse teams in her senior year
• Two-time All-InterAc Athletic League honoree for soccer
• Member of the 1999 Germantown Academy Hall of Fame soccer team
• Helped the GA soccer team to five Inter-Ac championships, where four out of five years the team was undefeated
• Member of the 2000-01 nationally ranked basketball team 
(No. 8 in the country)
• Helped the GA basketball team to four Inter-Ac championships
• Three year starter for lacrosse
• Received the Lacrosse 2003 Outstanding Defensive Player Award
• Named to the Times Herald Lacrosse All-Area First Team, Defense
• Named to the Intelligencer Lacrosse All-Area Second Team, Attack

• Graduate of Temple University
• Four year starter for lacrosse
• Served as captain of lacrosse team junior and senior years
• Received the NCAA Athletic Scholarship Award to Temple University for lacrosse
• Named Jewish Sports All-American for three years 
• Received academic/athletic Breakfast of Champions recognition for four years
• Helped Temple reach the postseason A10 Tournament four-straight years, winning it all in 2004, finishing as runner-ups in 2005 and 2006, and falling in the quarterfinals in 2007
• Played in 2004 NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Sweet 16
• Earned a spot on the Athletic Directors Honor Roll for four years
• 2007 Most Valuable Defense Award recipient
• Received the 2007 Enterprise Spirit and Sportsmanship Award
• 106 career ground balls, 38 caused turnovers and 20 draw controls as a deep defender
• Served as a Temple University assistant lacrosse coach in 2007-08, helping lead the team to the A10 Championship and NCAA Women’s Lacrosse Sweet 16
• Served as a Haverford College assistant lacrosse coach in 2008-09 and 2009-10, helping lead the team to consecutive winning seasons and first team in school’s history to play in postseason tournaments
• Currently head girl’s lacrosse coach for Villa Maria Academy
• During four years as head coach, team has won two league championships, were runner-ups for two years, and have competed in the annually in the PIAA postseason district tournament
