Eric Williams '85
- Eric played three years of Varsity Basketball.
- Eric was the Team Captain in 1985.
- His team was Inter-Ac Champ in 1985 while winning a Post Season Tournament as well.
- In 1985, Eric’s senior year, he was named Team MVP and League MVP.
- In 1985 Eric was named MVP for the Post Season Tournament and named to the All State Team.
- Eric was named one of Top 15 Juniors in Philadelphia by the Philadelphia Daily News.
- Eric averaged over his high school career eighteen points per game and five rebounds per game.
- Over Eric’s high school career he scored double figures in 48 consecutive games, shot 51.5% from the field, 77.7% from the free throw line and had 161 assists and 132 steals.
- Eric attended Siena College and played Varsity Basketball for three years. He was Team Captain for one year.
- In 1987, Eric’s sophomore year, he was Most Improved Player, named to the Third Team All MAC, and was the Team Leader in free throws percentage, shooting 82%.
- In Eric’s junior season he was the Conference MVP, leading scorer with 20.9% per game, was named to the First Team All Conference Team and was the Team MVP.
- After College Eric played professional basketball internationally in Spain and Argentina.
