Germantown Academy Lacrosse Lab
Head Boys Lacrosse Coach Billy McKinney and Head Girls Lacrosse Coach Colleen Dawson are pleased to present a LacrosseLab - free fall clinics, sponsored by the Boys and Girls Lacrosse Funds - for any GA student who has played lacrosse in the past and/or has a strong interest in playing lacrosse for GA in spring 2025. The Labs are split between MS and US and we will run both girls and boys clinics at the same time on Field 11, which is behind the LS. There will be temporary lights on the field for the October dates.

Fall Splashball Clinics
Join the GA Coaching Staff and Upper School teams for a month of fun in the water. The fall clinic session will focus on developing swimming, treading, ball-handling, and most importantly team-building skills in a positive environment.

Middle School Girls Running Clinic
Varsity Girls Cross Country Coach Diane Neubauer will introduce your child to the joy of cross country running! This clinic is designed for girls in Grades 1-5 and will focus on fun, fitness, and fundamentals. The session will include fun warm-up games, trail running (distance dependent on age), cool-down stretching, and a healthy snack! Girls are to come with appropriate running attire for the weather, running shoes, and a water bottle.

Middle School Boys Basketball Clinics
These clinics are for boys in grades 5-8 that are looking to take their game to the next level! Work with Boys Varsity coaches and players from the 2023-24 Commonwealth Cup Championship team on elite skill-instruction and Germantown Academy Varsity practice drills. Tours of campus will also be available.

Saturday Morning Basketball
Varsity Head Boys Basketball Coach Matt Dolan and Upper School players teach young people new to the game of basketball in a fun learning environment. Each Saturday session begins with a few lessons in the fundamentals of the game by members of the GA coaching staff. Following this lesson, the children are separated by age and ability to play games. The children are coached during these games by members of the Boys Basketball Program, and our basket heights are customized to be appropriate for younger players.

Clubs
MS Ice Hockey Club
We are seeking experienced ice hockey players in grades 5-8 to join the GA Middle School Ice Hockey Club Team for the 2024-25 season. This coed team will compete in the Middle School Hockey League at Ice Line in West Chester. Players are required to have their own equipment, and we ask for a commitment to attend games from October through March.
Club Teams
- A Club Sport is an activity supported by Germantown Academy. A club may or may not have financial support from the activities budget of the Upper School. Clubs have no ties with the athletic department.
- A Trial Sport is a sport that is supported by the athletic department, but does not have varsity status.
- A Varsity Sport is a sport that is supported by the athletic department, including varsity letters and certificates
