At the 2017 Maccabiah Games, several Germantown Academy Patriots played key roles in helping Team USA win the gold medal in Junior Girls Lacrosse. Led by Head Coach Jessica Chadwin '03, assistant coach Sherrea Chadwin 1760, Lacrosse Chairwoman Eve Levinson '01, and rising junior Olivia Korman '19, Team USA defeated Great Britain in the championship game to clinch the first-ever Maccabiah lacrosse gold medal. This was the first year that the Maccabiah Games included lacrosse.
