Compassionate in Spirit: GA Field Hockey Gives Back

Posted October 4, 2012

Germantown Academy’s Upper School Field Hockey team raised money for the Ronald McDonald House at the eighth annual Middle School Hockey for the House Tournament last month. The team collected almost $3,500!

“It’s terrific to see the girls work together for such a good cause,” said Associate Director of Athletics and Varsity Field Hockey Coach Ginny Hofmann 1760. “They bake delicious treats, talk everyone into buying raffle tickets and do a great job officiating.”
