INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCRATCHING

Review your entries on the website. The psych sheet will be available on the website Sunday, February 12, 2012 after 1:00 PM.

E-mail is the preferred way to submit scratches.  Scratches can be accomplished by e- mailing the scratches to bjmcmillin@verizon.net.

If you E-mail Scratches the following format should be used:

The subject of your e-mail should be Team Name - Easterns Scratches

All Scratches are to be by athlete, please state the following in this order:

Swimmer’s Name - Event Number - Event Description

Identify as a Scratch or the correction that is needed

Repeat this for all additional scratches.

All Scratches must be received by 4PM, Wednesday, February 15, 2012.  No Exceptions will be made. If scratches are not received in time and a swimmer is entered in too many events, then the first two individual events that he/she is entered in will count. All other events entered will be scratched.

REMEMBER: A swimmer may only swim in a total of 2 relays if he/she is entered in two (2) individual events. If a swimmer is entered in only one (1) individual event he/she may swim in 3 relay events.

Final Psych Sheets will be posted by February 17, 2012.
