Psych Sheets will be available on Sunday, February 12, 2012. All Scratches must be received by 4pm, Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Final Psych Sheets will be posted by February 17, 2012.

COACHES MEETING:
There will be a coaches meeting at the Crowne Plaza at 7:30pm, Thursday, February 23, 2012. Coaches who are new to Easterns will particularly benefit from this Meeting.

LASALLE UNIVERSITY TO CROWNE PLAZA
Take Olney Avenue to Broad Street. Turn right (South) onto Broad Street. Follow Broad Street to Route 1 South (Roosevelt Expressway). As you cross the Schuylkill River follow the signs to City Line Avenue (Route 1). You will see the Crowne Plaza on the Left Side.
CROWNE PLAZA TO LASALLE UNIVERSITY
Turn right out of the hotel on to City Line Avenue.. Follow signs to route 1 North ( Roosevelt Expressway), which will curve to the right, and to Northeast Philadelphia, Route 1 North. Roosevelt Blvd. & Roosevelt Expressway is on the sign. Follow Broad Street (route 611). The sign says Broad Street and is very small. Stay in the right hand lane and take the exit ramp to the dead end. Make a left onto Broad Street. Follow Broad Street (Route 611 North). After you pass Fisher Avenue (5300 Block) get in left lane and turn left onto Somerville Avenue (5400 Block). Proceed to end of Somerville Ave. and turn right onto Ogontz Ave. Pass Central High School on the left and turn left onto Olney Ave. Proceed a few blocks to Hayman Hall , which is on the Left. Kirk Pool is located within Hayman Hall.

POOL AVAILABILITY: The Kirk Pool will be available on Thursday February 23, 2012 from 5-8pm Only!! Swimmers & Divers must be accompanied by a Coach.
COACHES PASSES: Coaches passes will be issued on a limited basis relative to the # of athletes and will be enclosed in the coaches Packet, which will be distributed at the Coaches Meeting .
HOSPITALITY ROOM: Once again Germantown Academy will host a hospitality room for coaches, officials, college coaches and Eastern’s Committee members. Proper credentials must be shown for admission.
