Attending a game on campus?

GA's campus has ample parking on both sides of the Wissahickon Creek, which divides our campus in half, including the Main Parking Lot, Arts Center Parking Lot, Patriot Parking Lot, Plateau Parking Lot, and Carey Stadium Parking Lot.

For basketball, swimming & diving, water polo, wrestling, and volleyball, please park in the Main Parking Lot in front of the school. You can reach the Main Parking Lot by driving up our Lafayette Connector Entrance or by using our Arts Center Entrance (off of Morris Road). After parking, enter the gym and pool area by following the sidewalk past the Administration Building and around Connor Quad until you reach the door that says "GYMS & POOL" above it. To reach The Field House or The Annex, enter the double doors of the white breezeway from Connor Quad and proceed down the stairs.

If you're attending a game on Connor Field & Griswold Family Field (also known as FIELD 11), which is located next to The Annex and The Field House, your best choices for parking are the Patriot Parking Lot or the Plateau Parking Lot. To get to Connor Field & Griswold Family Field, enter campus through the Lafayette Connector Entrance, turn left where the driveway splits into two, and proceed down Bus Lane, which runs into the Patriot Parking Lot. The Plateau Parking Lot is adjacent to the Bus Lane. These fields are typically used by our Middle School girls soccer and Middle School baseball teams.

If you're attending a game in Sisters Woods or Field 3 (Baseball Field), you can either park in the Patriot Parking Lot, Arts Center Lot OR you can park in Carey Stadium. To get to Carey Stadium from the entrance of GA's Lafayette Connector Entrance, you should follow Morris Road for about half a mile and make a left into the Carey Stadium Parking Lot. The official address for Carey Stadium is 300 Morris Road, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Carey Stadium is in front of Carey Stadium Lot. To reach the baseball field or Sisters' Woods, take the path to the left of Carey Stadium. For baseball (Field 3 sports), go right where the path splits; for games in Sisters' Woods, take the left path where the path splits.

If you're planning to attend a game taking place on the upper grass fields (Fields 5-9 on our Campus Map, including the softball diamond), the tennis courts (10), baseball diamond (Field 3), or Carey Stadium (Field 4), you can park in the Carey Stadium Lot. To get to Carey Stadium from the entrance of GA's Lafayette Connector Entrance, you should follow Morris Road for about half a mile and make a left into the Carey Stadium Parking Lot. The official address for Carey Stadium is 300 Morris Road, Fort Washington, PA 19034. Carey Stadium is front of Carey Stadium Lot. To reach the tennis courts, take the path to the right of Carey Stadium and follow it until you reach the courts; our cross country course starts at the tennis courts. Our grass fields, including our softball diamond, are to the right of the stadium and you should take the path to the right of the stadium to reach them. For games in Sisters' Woods or Field 3 (baseball), take the path to the left of the stadium. For Sisters' Woods, go left where the path splits; for Field 3 (baseball), go right where the path splits.

If Carey Stadium Lot is full, a member of the GA Security Team will direct you to the next available parking area. DO NOT PARK ON MORRIS ROAD OR ANY PRIVATE PARKING LOTS THAT ARE NOT ON GA'S CAMPUS - YOU WILL BE TICKETED.

From Pennsylvania Avenue: Make a left onto Bethlehem Pike, make a right at the traffic light (Lafayette Avenue Connector), and then make a right onto Lafayette Avenue (DO NOT ENTER THE DRIVEWAY). Lafayette Avenue makes a sharp turn to the left and becomes Morris Road. Follow Morris Road for about half a mile and make a left into the Carey Stadium parking lot. The address for Carey Stadium is 300 Morris Road, Fort Washington, PA 19034.

From Chestnut Hill: Take Germantown Avenue to Bethlehem Pike. Follow around toward the left to remain on Bethlehem Pike through the Stenton Avenue intersection. Follow for four miles and make a left at Lafayette Avenue Connector. The main campus will be in front of you - make a right at the traffic light (Lafayette Avenue) without entering the campus. Lafayette Avenue makes a sharp turn to the left and becomes Morris Road. Follow Morris Road for about half a mile and make a left into the Carey Stadium parking lot.

Directions to Gyms, Pool, Field House, The Annex, and Outdoor Athletic Fields 1-3 & 11

From Pennsylvania Avenue: Make a left onto Bethlehem Pike and then make a right onto Lafayette Avenue Connector. The main campus will be in front of you - proceed up the Lafayette Avenue Connector Entrance and proceed to the Main Parking Lot, which is front of the school. To proceed to the Big Gym, Small Gym, Field House or Pool, enter Connor Quad and walk past the Administration Building, the Dining Room, and the Athletic Hall of Fame. Enter through the door that says "Gyms and Pool." To proceed to the Field House, enter through the double doors of the white breezeway off of Connor Quad instead and proceed down the stairs. To proceed to The Annex, The Field House (second option), Connor Field or Griswold Family Field (Field 11), make a left where the Lafayette Connector Driveway splits and drive down Bus Lane and park in Patriot Parking Lot or Plateau Parking Lot. To go to Fields 1-3, including Sisters' Woods and the baseball diamond, do no enter the Lafayette Avenue Connector Entrance, but rather make a right onto Lafayette Avenue, which makes a sharp left turn and turns into Morris Road. Continue onto Morris Road for a few seconds until you reach the Arts Center Entrance on your left. The baseball field (Field 11) is further up the path on your right.

From Main Line: Take I-76W (Schuylkill Expressway). Take exit 331 B and merge onto I-476N (Blue Route). Take the exit onto I-276E (PA turnpike). Take exit 339 for Route 309 toward Ambler/Philadelphia/Ft. Washington. Do not get onto Rt. 309. Stay left after the toll booth and continue forward to Pennsylvania Avenue, merging right onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a left onto Bethlehem Pike and then make a right onto Lafayette Avenue Connector. The main campus will be in front of you - proceed up the Lafayette Avenue Connector Entrance and proceed to the Main Parking Lot, which is front of the school.
