All students entering K-5^th grades in September have received summer packet information.  Students currently in PK-3^rd grades brought home their language arts folders/binders and received information about math work in their Friday Folders or in their progress reports. Math information for all Lower School grade levels can be found on the GA website; Required reading books can be purchased at your local bookstore or through amazon.com. Required reading information for 4^th and 5^th grades is posted on the website; required reading information for 3^rd grade was sent home via the Friday Folder. For your specific information  about math or language arts expectations, please refer to the letter for language arts/reading from Joy Holmes, and the letter about math from Susan Sarshik posted to the right on this webpage.

The Lower School faculty believes the reinforcement work over the summer will help keep our students flexing their intellectual muscles and reviewing skills gained over the year. Our  children should continue reading and enjoying fun and intellectual opportunities over the summer, so that they return to school “in good shape” and confident to start the new academic year.
